I first used the QuickBooks online version when it initially appeared in the Intuit Product Line. What a great option for someone who wanted to keep their information within the QuickBooks family, but they did not want to worry about computer space, product updates, or mobility issues. It was a bit clunky back then, but not anymore. It is running at top speed towards being a favorite online apps. And why not, as it provides almost all of the desktop features and integrates with all sorts of user friendly applications.
I have used this option for several of my clients. I have a plastic surgeon with five Henry Ford Hospital locations and she tracks her inventory of skin solutions on QuickBooks Online. My contractor has a design build business and a property management business and we are able to communicate anytime, anywhere. Its perfect for sharing information with your professional team. We also put our local swim club on QuickBooks online many years ago and they are still going strong. All board members are able to view all of the reports by just logging in.
